  1. Access the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
  2. Click the Privacy tab.
  3. Click Advanced.

  5. Check Accept under First Party Cookies.
  6. Check Always Allow Session Cookies.
  7. Close and relaunch your browser.

Internet Explorer 5

  1. Access the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. In the Security dialogue, click on the globe for Internet zone.
  4. Click on the button labeled Custom Level.
  5. In the dialogue that appears, scroll down to the heading called Cookies.
  6. Click the Enable button under Allow Per-Session Cookies to turn Session Cookies on.
  7. Close and relaunch your browser.

Firefox/Mozilla

  1. Access the Tools menu and select Options.
  2. Click the Privacy icon and select Cookies.
  3. Make sure the "Allow sites to set cookies" checkbox is checked.
  4. Close and relaunch your browser.

Netscape

  1. Access the Edit menu and select Preferences.
  2. Expand the Privacy and Security category to view the subcategories.
  3. Select the option "Enable cookies for the originating web site only."
  4. Close and relaunch your browser.

Opera

  1. Access the Tools menu and select Preferences.
  2. Click the Advanced tab and then select Cookies from the menu.
  3. Set the Normal cookies dropdown to "Accept all cookies."
  4. Close and relaunch your browser.

Safari

  1. Access the Safari menu and select Preferences.
  2. Click the Security icon.
  3. Set "Accept cookies" to either "Always" or "Only from sites you navigate to."
  4. Close and relaunch your browser.
